Love Cards Dating.com (LCD) has developed this Privacy Policy to protect our member’s personal information. Reports you purchase are also saved on the site, including the personal information you provided within that report—which may include the name and birthdates of other individuals you submitted. LCD also allows you to post images and text. All information is archived and backed up on serves in the United States and Canada. You have voluntarily provided this information. If you do not wish to have this information collected and stored, you may remove it from your profile.

All visitors to the site have their IP address, browser type and language, access time, country, number of visits automatically collected from their browser when visiting our website.

Third parties may collect your information through ads on the LCD site. If you view or interact with advertisements on this site, additional information may be collected through the use of tracking technologies. LCD does not provide any of your personal or any information to these third parties.

LCD does not currently collect any personal financial information. We do not collect or keep any credit card data. Currently we utilize a PayPal payment function whereby your payment is received directly from PayPal to LCD via your authorization. LCD keeps no financial information, nor do we have any access to it.

LCD currently does not share personal or other information we have collected about you or your activities on our web site or while using our services with anyone. If you became a member of our site through a co-registration process, then your personal information was provided to us through a self-selection to opt into LCD. Other uses of your personal information that was provided to the original site is not controlled by LCD. Our age restriction for LCD is 18 years of age. We do not target our sites or services to children under the age of 18, and in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, any information we may receive from users we believe to be under the age of 18 will be purged from our database.

LCD has implemented extensive security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information stored in our databases.
